We’re looking for a Head of Design to lead and inspire our design team. You’ll drive the overall design strategy, collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership, and ensure world-class experiences across all digital products.
Responsibilities
Lead the design team from strategy to execution
Define design vision, standards, and processes
Mentor and develop designers, promoting best practices
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction
Advocate for user-centered design across the organization
Requirements
5+ years of experience in product or UX design, with 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and impactful product design
Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools)
Deep understanding of UX research, design systems, and visual design principles
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
